Samsung — Repair of my refrigerator

With reference to my complaint no.[protected]..which is pending from August, not received any responsible reply. One Mr. Tejahai mailed me on September 21st but has not replied to my emails sent on September 28th and october 11th. I need an immediate reply or will need to seek legal aid for a solution.
