Name- VIJAYAKRISHNA Phone([protected]) [protected] LOCATION -BANGALORE I made a registered complaint for repair of my washing machine WF355BNM. Complaint Ref No [protected] Date of complaint-28/06/2015 The error shown was 3 E The person came for 3 days and suggested replacement of part thermo sensor After 3 weeks the part, with continuous follow up from our side the part was replaced of Rs6464 (3 months warranty). Again the machine did not work. This time it was due to rat mesh not available .The service person did not tell us that rat mesh is not available for 2011 model. We got the same service person for all the visit. The machine was placed in same location all through out repair. SAMSUNG NO[protected] service call centre no[protected] We had to pay Bill (CR NO 6132 ) 07/07/15- Rs 6464 Bill(CR No 6510) 17/7/15-Rs 1840 Still the machine is not working.The problem is another rat issue. The service person left the machine open .What ever rat activity happened was after that incident .Instead of getting a standard advice of going for a new machine what we have received is incomplete service I am requesting a refund of the amount paid .as the problem is not resolved.as on 23/07/2015.Please give a solution.
