Samsung — Repair of Washing Machine in Ajmer Service Center | |||
I have sent my washing machine for repair in Samsung service center, Ajmer 20 days back. Since then, I have not received a single call from them. I have been calling them every alternative day and not getting a satisfactory reply. Now they are saying that whatever we could repair, we have done and it can not be repaired completely. Now I have to pay more than Rs. 5000/- and still it will not work properly. They should have informed me earlier. Now they are saying from last 3 days that they will deliver it to me, and I am still waiting. I inquired about it yesterday evening, they said that they could not send coz they will send with an engineer as if the engineer will come from Japan. Still there is no information. Neither from the service center nor from customer care. They proved that whether the company is MNC but people working here are Indians. No one bother about complaints.
