Samsung — REPEATED PROBLEM IN LED SMART TV | |||
I have purchased LED smart TV model no. UA-32F-5500 of SAMSUNG on 27.10.2013. The product serial no. is 23553ZND700546. The TV was installed by company’s service engineer. Well within the warranty period, the TV stopped working and complaint was lodged vide complain no. [protected]. Service engineer visited and informed that panel needs to be replaced. Next day in my absence he came and replaced the panel. He has not given any documentary proof for its genuineness/originality or its part no. After 6-7 months LED again stopped working. Local dealers were contacted and service engineers visited 2-3 times. They informed that panel again needs to be replaced and for that they will give estimate. I asked them the reason behind repeated failure of the part but they could not able to answer. I also informed them that the earlier replacement was made without any documentary proof. Further vide SMS I came to know that my registered complaint no. [protected] was cancelled as the cost was not approved by me. It is a serious failure on part of SAMSUNG to get notice the fault in their sold product in which the same part is failing repeatedly. Further the company has not produced any documentary proof of the replaced part for its genuineness/originality. As such SAMSUNG should be asked to replace the product at the earliest.
