Dear Sir,
Yesterday Evening i visit to Samsung Service Center by badluck i Forget my corporate diary in which your, rajiv banerjee & sanjoy tekriwal number there.
1 boy come from service center he told he was senior & he was same boy who open my mobile, again he gave me offer that i took my mobile i told him i want talk yo Rajiv Banarjee, He told & every employee of your service center told that Rajiv Banarjee no avilable to anyone.
After that Mr Bishnudev Sharma abuse me told what ever you want you can do it,
Even he gave his name in written in a paper i am free to do anything.
After that i reach Karuna office i want number of Sanjoy Tekriwal but no one give,
Yesterday what ever happen its very shameful & painful for me.
Now its show Samsung is not good company.
So today i take ought that i will not going to purchase any product of Samsung.
I hate Samsung...
I hate Samsung...
I hate Samsung...
so tale me if you are in my place then you will accept this offer,
Yesterday evening i lost my self respect due to not any decision taken by you,
You & your company Make my Diwali hell.
But I wish you happy Diwali to you & your company because i do not want make your Diwali hell.

I am very old customer of Samsung, Its very painful for me that my original parts of mobile removed in Samsung service center,
I registered my complain 14 day ago but till now i did not get solution.
I send mail to also Mr. SAMAR BHATIA but till now he did not reply me,
Your Customer care Department told that they are the Director of Samsung India Electronic Pvt ltd,
Its Very Shameful incident happen with me, everyday they mentally hashed me.
They challenge me everyday that what i want i can do it & they behave me very bad
So i attach all details,
I hove you will do the need,
