Samsung — Replacement of my TV

Please refer to my complaint no:[protected] dated 17/01/2015. I am very much thankful to you Sir, for attending the fault of LED TV.BasicAlly I am a cable TV operator in this area. Before the purchase of this TV, I took thorough survey and compared with other brand TV. I opted this brand TV, as it was matching cable TV network very much and having numerous features, which is not available in any other brands. Now, as far as my TV is concerned similar type of complaint was took place consequently two times with in one year. My area cable TV consumers who is having this brand are very much satisfied and they should not face the similar problem which I faced. Therefore, I request you Sir, kindly withdraw my TV and have a thorough investigation at your end as it would avoid dissatisfaction over this brand among the VALUABLE CUSTOMERS. I expect your favourable reply at the earliest.With regards.
