Samsung — Replacement of TV parts

One of Samsung products(a TV)had some problem in working. Samsung Service Centre(Sulekha, Kolkata) gave the name of the store "Classic Cooling Point" for the repair of a TV. We filed a complaint on 13 may and they took the product the next day(i.e 14th). They said that they would contact within 2 days but now its 25th and they haven't yet contacted. I contacted them several times but they didn't pay attention to my problem and moreover they also behaved rudely. The TV parts are still with them and they haven't yet replaced them. Kindly Look into this matter.
