[Resolved] Samsung — s20 plus ordered and canceled by samsung without my permission and now no action from last 48 days | |
I have ordred samsung galaxy s20 plus on 4 th august the order and the order no is [protected] order was supposed to deliver on 10th of august and someone from samsung cancaled my order and now it refuses to deliver the order which already paid by credit card and my emi is generated. Since the product status was showing canceled from that time i am calling to samsung customer care[protected] at every hour also mail has been sent to samsung 3 times no one is taking action also i have spoke with delivery partner shiprocket also sent mail to them, they are also not responding. No one is taking responsibility who canceled that order. Calling to customer care contact no to samsung is no use they dnt have any authority to do anything about customer compliant aslo they are not letting me to talk with their manager is that what samsung service is about. I am going to escalate to very level.
