I've placed pre-order for S24 ultra on 20th Jan 2024 and decided to cancel immediately after 2 hours. There was no cancel option on the website and hence reached out to customer care via call, chat and emails. Every time they said the order will be cancelled and their dedicated team will contact me over email or call.
To my surprise, I've got part of the order delivered today at home when I was in office. I'm about to get remaining products in the order delivered tomorrow. I've asked customer support on guidance on how to handle deliveries when order cancellation is in progress(or atleast I've been told so).

Ticket numbers that were shared by them - [protected],[protected]. Not even sure if these are valid as there is no means to track them.

Can you please provide an update on this? I has been terrible experience with Samsung online purchase this time around, had never faced this issue before. Customer support doesn’t even care to provide any update, I have contacted multiple times over chat, mail and calls so far.

Part of the order got delivered today. Despite following up multiple times, there has been no response from Samsung on proceeding with the cancellation of the order. Now that the order has been partly delivered, I've lost complete hope that Samsung will help any customer on time. Thanks for giving me a bitter experience; I have been using Samsung products for nine years.
I just wanted to let you know that you don't need to reply; all earlier responses have been robotic and lack empathy.
