[Resolved]  Samsung — Samsung 46 Inch 3D LED SMART TV

I had purchased Samsung LED TV more than 3 years ago which is currently out of warranty.Recently I had issues with the LED screen. I logged a complaint and Samsung onsite engineer came to my home. After inspection he informed me that the screen needs to be replaced and would be chargeable. I immediately agreed to bear the cost. He said that part wasn’t in stock and it will take about 5 business days to source the part. He also gave me a support number to call. I waited for 5 days without any luck. Later I tried the number given to me by onsite engineer. That number is either engaged or no one bothers to pick the phone. So we called the engineer again. He said that part is obsolete. We have to submit few documents (ID Proof, Canceled Cheque, Invoice Copy) to Samsung and they will decide next course of action. I had submitted the documents 2 weeks back. Call Center and Onsite engineers tell me that I continue to wait till I receive phone call from Samsung. In nutshell, I have submitted the complaint 4 weeks back. All I have hearing is to wait endlessly for a resolution. Please tell me if this is acceptable by Samsung standards. How long do I have to wait for issue resolution?
