Samsung — Samsung AC repair issue(In warranty product) | |||
Our samsung ac stopped working and we launched a complaint with samsung on 9th November complaint id - [protected]. We had no update for next 2 days and after making numerous calls and Tweets to Samsung India we happen to get an engineer. Engineer checked the Ac and said he will request for a part to be exchanged, he said he will ask her madam from repair center (Shilpa) to request for a replacement of that part, This happens around 14th Nov, I was told after the request has been put-up it usually takes 2 days for the parts to be delivered. My mother is a paralysis patient and she has to be in AC and because of samsung and their repair issues we have to let my mother be without AC since last 12 days, we are spending every single day in agony.
