[Resolved] Samsung — samsung air conditioner repairing under warranty | |||
Hi I am munish sahu. I have lodge 1 complain on samsung customer care on 12 aug with request no. [protected] but till 16 aug not engineer will arranged by sumsung for visit or for checking the issue of a. C after my so many follow samsung customer have too many excuses for delay. I have buy this product under 10 year warranty but i think samsung is not capable to give service as par there policy. Very disappoint when i am calling on customer care always they given me a new date of engineer but no body will come. Please help me for return of this product and i want refund of my money.
