Samsung — Samsung Cancellation of S24 ultra Preorder

This complain regarding cancellation of order no [protected], i had ordered this phone on 18th of Jan 2024, but after few hours i decided to cancel the order and called customer care regarding same, and they sent me a email that order will be cancelled with in 24 hours, since there is no cancel button on their website i had to call them to get it cancelled, after that next day i got call that this to confirm that order will be cancelled, but then it was not, i contacted them today that why its taking this long to do such simple task, they are like please wait for 24-48, same generic answer copy paste by every executive, I dont understand why there was no cancellation button on the first place, and why its taking this long to cancel the order, and nobody is replying to the mail, so this clearly is some tactic to delay as much as they can, and so I would really appreciate it if this can cancel asap, without me calling regarding this again and again, and like its my job
