This message is to let you know about my dissapoint of your after sales service. You made an unfair judgement and not even made an effort to investigate further. It's a biased judgement that broke my heart and i am willing to take this further. If i need to go to dti, write blogs, share this truth to social media to share awareness to sa ngyari sa amin, ay gagawin ko po. Para wala na kayong mabiktima na gaya ko. Di po kami mayaman, pinag hirapan po namin ang pinangbayad namin buwan2x sa tv'ng nag self destruct nalang bigla.
As i have said po, wala pong gumalaw sa tv. Pa minsan-minsan nga lang nagagamit dahil may tv po sa kwrto ang anak ko. Apat lang po kami sa bahay. Katulong ko, ako, my 2 year old daughter and my husband. Yung katulong ko di nakahawak sa tv's yang dahil pagdating ng unit sa bahay, di ko pinagalaw yan.. Prior to what happened, yung mga app ng tv di na nag wowork and to think one year pa lang. Dahil sa sobrang busy namin, we did not even bother to call you. The night before, the tv was working fine. We had our dinner and like the usual, pag 9pm na. Naka off na ang tv, dahil pasok na kami sa office while my daughter goes to her room. Pag on ko ng tv the morning while we were having our breakfast, i noticed the black vertical bar, maliit pa lang nung una sa upper right corner ng screen. I thought, channel issues lang kaya nag change ako ng channels. Pero di nawala so i turn it off. Pagkatapos, when i turn it back on, biglang lumaki ang black vertical line so i decided to turn it off and wait for my husband na may binili lang sa labas. Pagbalik nya, he turned on the tv and don na, a white shadow beside the black vertical line appeared with that crystal line.
We immediately called customer support and spoke to edzel, he did a remote access and we cooperated. After doing so, sabi nya he will schedule a technician to check the tv kasi di daw software problem. We waited for the technician on wednesday but we did not recceive any call from mystique electronics, na sabihan man lang kami na "hoi maam, di po makakarating si technician, wag napo kayong mag antay". We cancelled our appointments that day, just to wait for someone na di naman pala darating. And they did not even bother to call us, though 3 contact numbers given. So wala lang sa kanila?
I called customer support again to make a follow-up and from there i was transferred to mystique electronis, i spoke to kryzelle. Don palang ako sinabahan na madedelay si tech, thursday nadaw darating because my inorder na parts. They did not even bother to call?
Finally, the tech came thursday, february 23, 2017 (Melchor). Maayos kung pinapasok sa bahay and i was very happy dahil mabilis pala ang service. I was suddenly shocked ng pagpasok nya without touching the tv, he said. Crack to, crack to... And i said, sir anong crack po? Di po namin kahit nahawakan ang tv, wala pong gumalaw jan. He called the office (Service center), narinig ko ang tech sabi nya, baka daw nahulog. Then i told him, sir kung nahulog po yan, kita nyo po ang taas ng tv rack ko... Dapat basag napod lahat yan, and you should have seen a spider crack in the tv. Ni dents o gasgas, wala kang makikita. Then he was silent and said, he will bring the tv with him in the service center.
Not even giving us options, i let him bring the unit with him and waited for a call which they said they will call me agad. I received a call that day asking me to come over sa office nila to talk to their head technician. When i came to their office, their head technician spoke to me and said, maam may pusa po ba kayo sa loob ng bahay o daga? The crack was cause by moist, due to ihi ng pusa o daga!!! Which is very impossible. Wala po kaming pusa, ni daga, ni ipis sa loob ng bahay. I even told them na you are welcome to check my house, ni butas na pwedeng pasokan ng daga wala. Naka screen ang windows ko, ang door, nka glass ang iba... Ni ipis, hindi nakalapit sa tv'ng yan!
You are definitely making an excuse. Your tech did not even followed the protocol according to customer support and i have that call recorded. The tech should have check my tv at home rather than bringing it to the service center and let us know what have caused the problem. When i came to the service center, i did not even saw my unit na inopen nila, they just let me see pictures from their phone and i could not even see it. They opened the unit without a 3rd party witnessing it or me which i think is very important. Bigla nyo nalang sasabihin na ihi ng kung ano2x, without even me seeing when you opened the unit which is a very big lie.
Nanlalamang po kami, wala po kaming pera. Nangarap lang po kami na magkatv ng ganyan, nalula kami ng makita namin ang laki ng tv, nagsikap po kami para may ma ipundar. But now you have taken all that happiness. Nag malaki pa kami sa facebook to our friends, ganda ng tv, bili na kayo... Pero nagunaw ng lahat, ng bigla nalang nag self destruct ang tv nyo. Make a fair judgement, don't be biased with us customers. Same issues, sa forums.. When i made a research, same issue.
