Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought Samsung F41 from flipkart on 29 December 2020 (Order Id: OD12 [protected]). The phone has seen the service centre four times and still it is badly hanging. In short, sometimes there is a board problem and sometimes there is some other problem and I have not been able to use the phone properly since my purchase.
The last time the service centre and customer assured me that this is the last time the phone is coming to the service centre and it will work just fine from here. My last complaint number for your reference is [protected].
Yesterday on[protected], I again filed a complaint in regard to which I received a call from Gurugram on[protected] and the lady asked me to visit service centre once again (Total of five time in one year for same issue). Now, the service centre people after looking at the phone said they can't resolve the issue.
I think it is highly unprofessional of SAMSUNG and its team to kill my time till the warranty expires and then simply say that the phone is out of warranty.
Your services are not solving my issues and in this exceptional situation where the company gave me a defective phone, I request the authorities to finally exchange this product and give me a working phone.
