Iam using samsung galaxy m21 mobile from last one and half years mobile has autometically hangs sevaral times inthis senario authorised service center says mother board and software problem they rectified under warranty and then extanded my warranty for next year and now mobile hangs with same problem

please solve this problem its branded mobile but we are facing problems
