I have purchased in 08 / 06 / 2015 samsung galaxy s iii neo gt - i93000i having very big issue,

Mobile in setting their is no receive incoming calls option when other sim card while using data service is on

On your product box or on your web site this is not mentioned so this is dual sim i. E duos mobile

So please help me for that and please say that what can i do for that

Or should i go for consumer court for that big issue
