Samsung — Samsung galaxy s20 plus battery drain

Hi,

I recently got Samsung galaxy s20 plus on 23 oct 2020(delivered) invoice date 20th october ordered .From the day one I had battery drain issues. Have reached Samsung multiple times and they have just asked to try out different settings, factory rest and go to service centre, which I have done and of no use. Im frustrated with them and the phone I hardly get 2-3 hrs of screen time with very very nominal usage. If I ask Samsung customer care to refund my money and take the phone, they are just asking me to take back to service centre. If I go to service centre they are asking me to talk to customer care. Im not sure they think Indian customers as a joke. I request this forum to make sure that samsung refunds my money ! and not to allow them to sell such bad phone. they have made be wait and now saying 14 days return policy is over. I have complained n number of times today is the 20th day of the phone with me. no call back from samsung ! pathetic !

Mobile number is [protected].. u can check the history using my number only .. the call hasn't been closed they said they would contact me back in 24-48 hrs...it has been days they haven't called me back ! i[censored] guys don't action on it quickly I will sue u guys ! ripping off customers with cheap mobiles ! The battery life is pathetic ! 2- 3hrs only screen on time with all setting place ! just wondering y would ppl buy this phone if it has such bad battery life!
