I had ordered samsung galaxy watch4 lte on 20 sep 21 through samsung online shop and was promised delivery by 28th Sep 21 at my residential address. The full amount for the watch was also paid.

The product has not been delivered to me till now(4th Oct). Inspite of calling customer care numerous times and writing multiple emails to samsung cust care i have recd no response.
