[Resolved] Samsung — samsung headset ehs64 pin broken down, very sensitive | |
I have purchased this costly headset for better use. But within 10 days, when headset was connected to laptop, i got up, wire pulled little and it's pin broken down. The warranty is denied for this saying physical damage. But the part was very soft, broken down because it's designed strength is very less. I did not had good experience by paying more. Other rough and tough headsets i am using now doesn't break in similar scenario. Was this information helpful? | |
