Samsung — samsung india order not delivered or cancelled | |
Hi, my order#[protected] placed on august 17th with a delivery date of september 3rd is not shipped till now (Septmber 8) and my request to cancel the same is not acknowledged. Its impossible to reach the email support and escalation desk at samsung and the telephone support don't have the ability to cancel the order as per them. Its worst online shopping experience and samsung india literally doesn't care on order status once you make the payment. Was this information helpful? | |

I'm also facing same issue. I booked Samsung S10 lite on August 7th 2020 under order ID [protected].Till now they didn't deliver the product or initiate refund. The customer service is useless. I'm thinking to file a case.
