Hi i purchased samsung inverter air conditioner (Ac) on june 4, 2018 evening and it was installed on june 5, 2018. The wiring was done only on june 6, 2018 and so started using the ac from june 6 evening. Two days ac worked fine but while turning on the ac on june 9, 2018 at 12: 20am it started showing an error code of e4 22 around 12:42am called the customer care and informed about the issue and next day experienced engineer was sent and he said the board in the outdoor unit is not working and would replace the board by june 11, 2018 and also i would receive status updates but i received none and everytime i had to call the customer care. Even today (June 12, 2018) called to know the status update and spoke to supervisor where he told i would receive a call regarding the status around 3pm. Not sure what the status will be will i be asked the wait for more days. Purchased the ac because of the rough climate but now what is the use of purchasing it. Request you to replace the ac.
