Samsung — Samsung is not providing service even which is negligence of their service repair personnel

Hi, I have bought Samsung double door fridge on 1 Nov 2013. Fridge stops colling in the month of Dec 2014, I logged a complaint with Samsung and their service repair representative visit my home and stated Gas need to be refill. He refill the gas in the month of Jan 2015 and charged me 1500+, After two days i spoke to service repair representative and he stated this is Ok still i feel that was not colling enough but they make me understand by saying that fridge is running on Optimal mode in winter and if we use it on high cool this will give enough colling. I came in their words but when climate change and summer starts in Apr 15 i observe that fridge is colling but not enough that it can make ice. I again logged a same complaint and again they are asking for the money. Now they are not even understaing the pain of customer who faced problem just completing 13 months time period, and still customer paid the money for repair, How one can pay the same amount with in 3 months if there is gas leakage. If there is gas leakage than that is due to the neglegence of their support personnel Gas refill is the work of support pesonnel customer even doest toches the back side of fridges.
