Samsung Led TV UA32H5500AR TV Bill Date -28/08/2014 from- BISMI KOLLAM near Ushus Auditorium, Pallimukku – Branch Manager: Mr. Vimal Kumar P R (BISMI KOLLAM) Mob: +[protected] We have registered a complaint regarding our Samsung TV as on 25th Nov 2014 @ service Id no: [protected] the model no of our TV is UA32H5500AR & Version code: TH01 While registering the complaint it’s said that your service engineer will contact us & resolve the problem in 24hrs but the staff said that panel of the TV is complaint is they will replace it in 2-3 days. But now it’s become 10 more days is still no more response from your side. I would like to inform one more thing that your customer service is very very poor. We were continuously communicating with your nearest service center at ramankulanara, kollam Kerala throughout these days, but of no use.
