[Resolved] Samsung — Samsung LTE watch 10 %cashback offer ,money denial after 90 days | |||
Sir, I had purchased a s9 phone and a galaxy LTE watch for 30999 on 27th May, from samsung.com, online, with a 10 %cash back on SBI debit card purchase, which they advertised on site for galaxy watch, and I confirmed it over phone and chat and they said I will get the refund in 90 days but now they denay, and refuse saying there''s no cash back, I tried to contact customer care many times but they keep sending me auto messages saying no cashback, or hope we have solved the problem.
