Samsung — Samsung m21- motherboard damaged within 2 months after the warranty period expired | |
I bought a Samsung M21 mobiles on 31st August 2020. It’s been only 1 year and 2 months and I started facing the Samsung logo stuck issue. On going to Samsung Authorized service centre they found out that there is a motherboard issue and the motherboard needs to be replaced which will cost almost 8000 and it will have only 3 months warranty. Now who will spent 8000 in less than 1 and a half year and that too for just 3 months and what if I face the same problem again. The phones are supposed make our lives easier but instead it’s making it miserable. Service center tells us to call the call center if you have any complaints and they said they can't do anything. When I enquired outside shops and Google forms I came to know that most of Samsung m21, m31, m30 got same motherboard problems and Also they all said which is happened after the warranty period expired.This is look like Samsung India utilizing poor people hard earned money.I feel helpless as of now and hope to get a resolution on my complaint soon.
