Samsung — Samsung m30s

Hi,

I have purchased Samsung M30S mobile on January 2020, the mobile crashed while opening whatsapp message

When taken to service center at Porur, chennai they have told that the Motherboard has gone and told to throw this mobile and buy new one

Pathetic service and Samsung has started fleecing customers
