[Resolved] Samsung — samsung m30s display issue not covered under warranty | |||
I am a loyal customer of samsung mobile and samsung other products, i am using samsung mobile since last 15 years i have not faced any major complaints, but recently i encountered screen decoulirization problem with my m 30s model, which is under warranty period. I have tried my level best to convince your service and escalation team but they are not believing me. There is no physical impact is visible neither any scratches visible on the screen, i am 100% confident that the issue is not due to physical impact. It is happened during regular usage. I request you to review the quality of amoled screen to maintain the customer goodwill and request to arrange for screen replacement within the warranty condition. Was this information helpful? | |||
