Dear sir Maine 24 jan2020 ko samsung mobile amazon se online order krke mangwaya tha jisme july se hi hanging ki problem aane lagi to maine 11 aur 12 august ko Samsung service centre(Behind Phoenix Mall, Ashiyana, Shree Pratap Tower, Alambagh, Lucknow - 226012) me software karwaya magar problem sahi nhi h to maine 13, 20, 23, 25 ko samsung care me phone kiya to wo bol rhe h apke pass hamare executive ka hone aayega lekin nhi aaya aur hanging ki problem badhti ja rhi h Plz help me.
