Samsung — Samsung M30s Network Issue | |||
I'm using Samsung M30s almost a year and from the beginning it has the network issue so I've changed the SIMs multiple times within 3-4 months although the problem was not resolved. I've delayed to visit the service center because o[censored]navailability of alternative mobile. Finally, I've submitted my M30s on 26th Sep'20 for repair and today 5th Oct I've visited to service center and they told me that the motherboard and many other parts has been changed but when I checked the mobile signal strength, there was no noticeable change in network performance. I don't have any problem with that service center but from the Samsung directly because this M30s model has some serious issues in network department and I've read somewhere on samsung portal that this device has manufacturing defects in network reception.
