I'm using Samsung M30s smartphone and it is getting automatically restarted on frequently and has hanging and heating issues from the last 20 days.
I have visited a service center at Thrissur, Kerala ([protected] - TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED) and they have checked the phone and informed that there is liquid traces on PBA and SUB PBA, hence warranty cannot be claimed.
I'm very much concerned about this issue as I'm using a rugged back panel and there was no possibility of water going into the power port. Also, when I visited the service center I have met another 3 people who is owning the same smartphone has the same auto-restart issue.
So I want to make this incident into your notice and take immediate action on replace/repair my phone without any cost.
