[Resolved]  Samsung — samsung m31 mobile order delayed and no response samsung

Dont buy from samsung eshop online order via samsung.com website any

Mobiles and all electronics gadjets.

If you plan to buy online please buy from flipkart and amazon they are giving better services to customer or else visit nearby any shop and buy mobile. That is the good idea.

I placed galaxy m31 6gb ram, 128 gb ram variant samsung eshop at 31.07.2020, but still now i am not getting my shipment from samsung shop. Today date 10.08.2020.

My shipment idle in samsung courier partner more than one week

I will share you for my online order samsung experiance.

I complaint many time to samsung team via call and mail communication but still now no one resolve my complaint. When i called customer service person simply tell sir your mobile to be deliver your address with in today's.

And tell me please wait.

I dont know samsung team think how many days i wait after full payment paid!!!

Hi All,

Please don't buy samsung m11 mobile through samsung.Com website. I ordered a mobile on 20th July and the mobile is not delivered yet. Today is 12th august

When I check with customer care, they say that item is shipped. When I check with courier, they say that mobile is lost and asking me to check with customer care. I called the customer care about 10 times. Every time they raise a ticket and the ticket would get closed stating order is already shipped.

Worst behaviour from customer care representatives. They don't have any escalation matrix as well.

I am stuck and not sure of next steps.
