I'm also facing the same problem what most of the samsung customers facing. My samsung m31 mobile getting rebooted frequently. Where service center climes its due to mother board issue and says mobile was Water damaged but there is no sign of Water damage in ldi sticker. And they are asking me to pay 12 thousands to change mother board, display and charging port. Was this information helpful? | |

Hello Kandhan, I have same issue with my Samsung M31 where it is freezing and restarting. This all started after software update provided by Samsung. Let's unite and file a consumer court case against Samsung.
