Samsung — Samsung M31 stopped working

I had brought samsung M31 from amazon on 29.5.2020. Within 10 days the display blacked out and i had to repair it in samsung gallery for 5000rs which should have been under the warranty period but shopkeeper denied. The mobile again has stopped working on 25.9.2020 i found that the battery has bulged and the mobile speakers was also not working and its not getting charged. Amazon has been trustworthy all this time but now i doubt they have sent me a used mobile because no batteries gets bulged this early.
