[Resolved] Samsung — Samsung M31 Sudden Patches in Display | |
Hi Team, I have purchased Samsung M31 on 06 August 2020 through Amazon great India sale. Everything was good but suddenly today (15 December 2020) I saw some dark purple patches all over mobile. I took to Samsung authorized service center and they informed this won't be covered under warranty and I have to pay Rs 5050. It's not even six months old and all of a sudden this issue had come. I spoke to Samsung escalation team but no use. I purchased this mobile for Rs17500 and again paying for display 5k is really not acceptable. I have attached the mobile picture, invoice, Samsung service center job copy. I kindly request you to get it resolved. Was this information helpful? | |
