I ordered Samsung m34 5g on Amazon[protected] I received product Friday[protected] evening from beginning itself mobile doesn't turn on. I am used Samsung charger 25w only I put charge for 6hrs then I tried to switch on but no response. Mobile not work I received defective product.
Reply form Amazon:
I call Amazon customer support and I said that mobile not turning on can you replace the product they customer care told that you can go to Samsung store. We can't do anything from our side.
I went Samsung store and I surrender mobile on[protected] it's already delay and raise for DOA certificate 1 st time applied from service center from your side are rejected the certificate
