Hi team,
By mistake I have bought a Samsung microwave, it’s troubling me a lot.
It’s been 3yrs now and the same display unit is gone for 4 times now. Cost of the product is 12k and the amount and service for this device costed more than 12k(to me and for the company). I don’t expect this from a company like Samsung, the product is bad(as I need to change the same part every 6 to 7 months) and service and spares are even worst(display unit is gone for 4 times and service people are not checking the root cause for the display issue, simply replacing the part and going, same issue is popping up again and replacing again. Now I font have patience and money or trust to do the same thing again and again. Samsung can take this microwave for a case study and study the issue so that other users can be benefited. Redo with your product as well with service.
Since 12 days I raised a complaint(9th December) and no response from back end till date.
I have all samsung products at home but from now I will be careful from now by not buying Samsung products.
