[Resolved] Samsung — Samsung MO1 core mobile | |
Hi, I am roopa with the registered mobile [protected]. i have purchased a Samsung phone(M01 core) on 22nd September 2020 for 5500rs, there was a problem with charging, i have used to charge more than 4 hours, i was not able turn on the phone and then given to Samsung service center and later they informed that there is a problem with motherboard and charging point and they were asking to pay 5200rs for that and the mobile battery is bulged. I have raised a complaint in website and they contacted only once, explained everything, then they informed will call back within a day. till now there is no proper response.
