I own samsung galaxy s10 plus mobile phone. The back panel broke some how. I ordered for a new back panel in samsung care and paid ₹5100/- in advance. They called me after 13 days informing that the back panel has arrived, and they changed the back panel. After 2 days an expert saw my back panel of the phone and said that *imei * was not puched on the back panel, for which company charges such a huge amount. Also the samsung care had not given the bill saying it would take 2 days time. Samsung care has completely cheated with the amount of the product. Was this information helpful? | |||
