RESPECTED SIR/ MADAM, WITH A HUMBLE REQUEST I WANT TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAVE PURCHASED A SAMSUNG MOBILE MODEL NUMBER "GT -I9070" (SAMSUNG GALAXY S ADVANCE). THE PURCHASING DATE OF MY MOBILE IS 11 -DECEMBER 2012. AFTER TWO WEEKS OF MY PURCHASING DATE THE PROBLEMS ARISES IN THE DIFFERENT FROM LIKE.. 1- HANGING OF THE MOBILE FOR A LONG TIME. 2- BLACK COLOR SCREEN IN A POWER ON CONDITION APPEAR AS A DEAD CONDITION FOR 4-5 MINUTES. 3- AUTOMATIC SWITCH ON/ OFF 4- AUTOMATIC OPENING AND CLOSING OF APPLICATION 5- DISABLE OF POWER KEYS AND SOFT- KEYS. I TALK TO THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER AS WELL AS I VISITED THE SERVICE CENTER TWO TIMES REGARDING THE SAME PROBLEMS. THEY TESTED THE HANDSET AND RETURNED ME ON THE SAME DAY, BUT STILL THE SAME PROBLEM IS OCCURRING. I WILL REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY TAKE MY GRIEVANCE IN YOUR CONSIDRATION AND RESOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. DUE TO THE FREQUENT COMPLAIN IN THE HANDSET IT NEED TO BE TESTED BY SPECIAL EXPERT TEAM.
