Samsung — Samsung mobile restarting issue | |||
I have purchased the Samsung mobile M30S for the very 1st time in in 19 May 2020 exactly after 1 year 3 months the phone restarts itself automatically several times a day (7-8 times), when i went to samsung service center they updated the software and checked but same issue then they said its an issue with the flash memory so motherboard need to be changed and it may cost around 6000rs, after researching i came to know not only me having this restarting issue my friends have the same issue with samsung mobiles and its a SCAM from Samsung after their warranty period it happens and also may be after some security patch update. Thinking we cannot ask anything after the warranty period is completed, I request samsung to please stop this type of scam and provide the customers a durable products.
