Samsung — Samsung mobile service center not accept card payments

Hi,
We given a samsung mobile (Model - galaxy s20 fe) for repairing the display to their authorized service center "3s touch service solutions" pvt. Ltd., 1st floor, sreevalsam building, west nadakkavu, kozhikode-673011.
After the repairing the above service centre not willing to accept card payments. And they told here only accept cash & upi payments. Also in that bill they mentioned one offer if the customer use the axis bank card payments, customer will get up to 10% cash back offer. But service center not willing to accept the card payments.
Bill amount is rs.8018. This much big amount why they not accept card swiping.

It is like a customer cheat. Kindly take this matter in to serious.
