I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Computers and Consumer Electronics
The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered this Samsung Monitor on 27 March 2021, via Amazon.in, and got it delivered about a week later. Now, since June 12, this product has started developing various defects known as 'grey spots' on its main display. I contacted Samsung via email and their website. They gave me this service request # [protected]. After contacting them multiple times, a Service-person called me asking me Product images, serial, and invoice. He claimed he would come to visit me the same day, i.e, June 14th, and said he could only repair the product, and not replace it, despite the product still being within its first few months o[censored]sage. He hasn't visited me even by today and stopped picking up my phone call. Meanwhile, I've been regularly contacting Samsung via e-mail to get the defective product replaced, but I've been only getting the same repetitive, irrelevant replies, stating the product will be repaired soon. Let it be clear to Samsung that I should be entitled total replacement of this monitor, and not ANY sort of refurbished, repaired product, as the product is new and has a warranty of 3 Years. Or, failing to do so, Samsung must provide a full refund. Contact no of Samsung Service Person: [protected] The product invoice is enclosed below
