Samsung — Samsung S9+ mobile

Am going through a mental agony because of this samsung product, Reference Number: [protected] i just updated my phone which is provided by samsung itself and from then my screen got green lines and its getting dull display due to that software and I submitted it in samsung service center and they also said the same its due to software issue so its not even a physical damage or anything els i even wrong many mails to samsung and am having all those profs with me.
