Dear Sir, Pl. go through the below attached emails which are part of my correspondence with Samsung E-store. You will find that on 29th July I receive email from support.[protected]@samsung.com that my registration is complete and coupon code is under generation and again I receive email from same email ID on 5th August that registration is complete and coupon code is under generation. Now on 13 Sep. 13 I receive email saying that my Invoice is Invalid. l want explanation from Samsung that what this Invalid means. Is my Invoice is Fake or not Genuine or Rs. 22500/- which I have paid to Amba Aircool is null and worthless??? First Samsung says my registration is complete and then they say my Invoice is INVALID??? Also I have attached screen shot of email received from Samsung as Proof.
