Hello, We had registered a complaint twice about our issue of the Smart TV as we have recently bought it but it has stopped working. The Model no is UA43TU8000U The technical department came twice, the first time he checked and said he will come back to repair it and the second time he says he doesn't have the panel. How are we supposed to have the panel, as we have purchased the TV from Dubai and took it to India. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible or replace the TV with a new one.
