Hi, I have samsung A71 phone purchased on Mobile shop on March 2021 .using Samsung finance plus service and already made down payment Rs.6000/- and finance has been approved application no:DMI[protected]. Samsung finance has blocked all my access to the phone, it is not letting me call even. I received an update notification on 23rd March 2021, after mobile software update I can not access any of application on the phone. This is seems to be i have gave permission to samsung finance to block data sharing, A message is reflecting while accessing any of the app and that is "samsung finance plus policy restricts.
