I have been following up with samsung for replacing my refrigerator (Defective and expensive), but not getting any proper response and resolution from them.
I purchased the refrigerator around feb end. Within 3 months, the refrigerator stopped cooling. On complaining to samsung, they said the compressor has stopped working and asked us to wait for 10 days for it to get replaced. I had to keep calling samsung to get it replaced sooner, which happened on 19th june.
Within 3 days of changing the compressor, the refrigerator again stopped cooling. I raised the complaint on 25th june and there has been no resolution yet. This is definitely a defective refrigerator that samsung has sent and my simple ask is to replace it immediately, which is going around in circles.
1. I had to call multiple times to get the service engineer visit my place on 27th june
2. Samsung probably has no records of the service engineer that came - they are asking me the name of the person who came over and what was the conversation
3. I was promised for a resolution on 29th june, that did not happen
4. I was again promised for a resolution on 30th june, between 1-2 pm, that again has not happened
The refrigerator has stopped cooling twice within a week and i'm continuously asking them to replace the defective refrigerator, but haven't received a proper response from the team.
I would request help on getting on the refrigerator replaced immediately - with the current lockdown situation, i'm not willing to take any risk with this defective expensive refrigerator and i was hoping for a much more prompt response from samsung. This is highly inconvenient and not expected from a brand like samsung.

I have shared all invoices, model number documents with them. The responses i'm getting is the ticket has been forwarded to xyz team and the team will call you back - there is no resolution and it is just going around in circles.
I need a replacement refrigerator asap.
