Samsung — Samsung stops owning its own products! | |||
I had bought a mobile phone (Galaxy s7 edge) and a samsung original clearview cover. The cover caused scratches to the screen and this issue was subsequently accepted by the service center. I raised a complaint to get a refund for the cover. After 2 months of following up (The company has no interest in customer satisfaction and does not call back unless you pester them), they come up with the most audacious and unbelievable response. They said that the clear view case is not a samsung original and i should have bought a leather one. They clearly said that the clearview case for galaxy s7 edge bought from a samsung smart cafe is not one of the company's original products! The executives do not know what they are saying and work like insurance companies to stop a claim. Samsung has no respect or effort for customer satisfaction. I would need a refund for my cover.
