Samsung — Samsung technician Subhash Lohar

I recently purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Amazon. It was an open box delivery so we thoroughly checked for any damage or problem in the refrigerator. It was completely fine. But during the installation of the refrigerator the Samsung technician Subhash Lohar broke the moveable ice maker. He promised us to provide a new one. I contacted the Samsung product support and now he's claiming that he didn't broke it but it was broken from the beginning. He's completely lying and trying to prove us a guilty.
